The day you become hoggish, and wish to get "lucky", is the day you lose all of your money. Sounds a bit strange, but it appears to be factual. The only time I ever come away with money is when I do not panic about squandering it. I headed to the the casino the other evening with twenty dollars. I couldn’t care any less about blowing it, I mean, what is $20? So can you imagine what happened? I left with $120 in profit in just two hours!
A different occassion I headed to the casino with my friend Steve. I took in 100 dollars that I couldn’t stand to squander. I got gluttonous, I got worried, and I ended up wagering too much and squandered it in 32 mins! The lesson my friends is never wager anymore than you can manage to squander. If you do not panic about losing, you have a lot more opportunity of succeeding big!
What other ways can you increase your chances of succeeding at Roulette other than setting a budget? Never bet on single numbers! Sure, they come up every once in a while, but they don’t hit enough to ensure a steady profit. Just bet on 1:1 wagers e.g. red, black, even, odd, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 bets e.g. first dozen, 2nd 12, third 12, etc Wager on odds that pay out pretty high.
With the basics covered, how else can we additionally increase our odds of winning at Roulette? By shifting probability into our ally, instead of our opposition. "You cannot win at Roulette", my buddy Chris would say to me. "It’s completely random due to the fact that any number can come up". Absolutely, my buddy Matt does have a point, although at the same time, he is overlooking a crucial aspect of the picture. I totally agree, red or black possibly could come up thirty times in a row, but how often does that happen?
